does anyone know a good library website to show you different tags and things for php, ide like to learn another new language, so far i know c# and basic (LOL I MEAN BASIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1) html, ive hear php is very good, ive also asp is too

PHP is a fine language for web... It's very easy to learn and use, and if you came from C you will be home. Try:
