vBulletin Skins/Styles

Hi, I recently purchased a vBulletin 3-0-7 forum and I want to change the Skin/Style/Theme/Whatever...

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get some good free ones, or could point me to a tutorial on how to make my own with Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
