just download AppServ 2.5.0
and you will be have
AppServ 2.5.0 with PHP 5.0.0
AppServ 2.5.0
Apache 1.3.31
PHP 5.0.0
MySQL 4.0.20
Zend Optimizer (Zend Cannot run with PHP 5.0.0)
phpMyAdmin 2.5.7-pl1
Perl 5.8.0

but it doesnt send emails by php on you pc

i dont know why, but i dont like "all in one programs", because sometimes it not work, as it should, and other problems.
I prefer manual install, because i can configure everything how i like, and how i need

But anyway, thanks for link, maybe i'll try to use it someday
