New Moderators

Maybe we could have about 1 or 2 more moderators?

Currently there is only 1 moderator 'Lixas' on the forums.

As and when required, i will hand pick new moderators depending upon their response and participation in the forums and the quality of their posts.

more mod. will be better cause it will take a bit work from admin & lixas. And it will help prevent spams.

I'd agree with that, because if there are a few more Moderators then it will reduce the load of the admin. So that you can concentrate more on the server issues and also for the services. Adding more mods will also make this forum clean and of good quality.

PMs to SHadmin are probably the time-consuming jobs... do we really need more moderators? im not against it, but...

more moderators wont take the PM load SHadmin has (i dont think).

EDIT: what we need is more activity in the forums before more moderators.

i suggest that the moderaters can handle all the taks for the forum like spam control, moderation of threads, replying user queries, and receive and verify all hosting and domain request and forward the eligible to the admin for approval.

not moderators is the problem..the forum needs more member activity..needs good members..

I think if there were more active members then more moderators would be needed but as it is now i think more moderators could do more harm then good. So lets focus on getting more members before we try making a forum police force of mods
