Anyone help me out?

I am trying to create a virtual airline website. The pilots will fly on their computer using a flight simulator software and log their time, connect with other pilots, download our fleet, and learn about online events on our website. I am looking for a system where I can have them login and things like that... Anyone have any ideas or can help me with this?

Another one making two accounts? I don't understand whats the point in making two accounts - double the free hosting space I suppose. Well you'll be caught and then you will have NO hosting space. Nice try.
