Taskbar problem

i dunno when this started, but when i put my mouse over a tray icon, the tooltip thingy shows up BEHIND the actual bar. so you can only see part of the message. how can i fix this

I have noticied this happens sometimes. But for me the problem is very intermittent and doesn't bother me.

I would be interested to see if anyone here has an answer.

i encountered similar things when the active desktop was on

yea i thinks its just a bug my computer used to do this :x
