Borland C++ Builder (I don't know if they still make it anymore, I think they only make the C-sharp builder now) for executables.
Microsoft Notepad for everything else.

I wish I was more of a graphics guru, but all I can do right now is make useless things in mspaint ; ;

i use Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Fireworks, and Dreamweaver

i totally agree with you
not just because it is expensive
because it adds to much unneeded code to your site
which is really annoying
i use dreamweaver and i love it

Well I use Adobe Photoshop,Macromedia Fireworks, and Dreamweaver. Don't know about the others though.
