I think that you should check your smtp or something is wrong with the settings of the forum cause I signed up a couple of days ago and I got the registration mail and a mail that notified I had a private message only this morning.
If this problem is already fixed close or delete the topic.

Well i guess that might be some problem to do with your email account. Because i have never faced any such kind of a problem. I can tell it for sure because, when i send a mass mail to all my members, i do get a copy of it to myself and that too almost instantly. So i dont think there is as such any problem with the SMTP settings of the server :!:
