Have anyone heard the news about it? The cheapest laptop before this was announced was around $300. The Swede Valdi Ivancic announced about a month ago they were offering laptops for $150, the media showed tons of advertising for it and people world wide started to order the computer, now 4 weeks later and after the primary delivery date has passed, people are starting to get really unsure if this is for real. Many forums such as sweclockers.com has released tons of information, both positiv and negative about the owner and the company. Many computer specialists, who posted on the forums said the laptop could be made with the $150, but thats not all. When you ordered the laptop, you got free shipping aswell, I think it was from Brazil. So you got a laptop, which is pretty nice for a price of $150, free shipping world wide, 1 year warranty and the Swedes also got a 24/7 support dial up. I dont know how many who ordered it, but alot of people did. Many of the users writiting on the forums has canceled their payment for the laptop.

What do you people think? Has anyone ordered it here?

It is a decent computer for that price, but I would recommend you to buy one, yet since no computers has been delivered yet. I will for sure buy one if they start to show up.

I think it's too good to be true, and if it is true, it's probably got something like 40mb ram.

You couldn't get a 6 year old laptop for that on eBay.

Looks like someone just cashing in on the popularity of the OLPC.
