I want to say some thing to SHAdmin of this board. At our Narayani State Of our country there is only 2 ISP. Many people prefer to take the internet from the ISP that I have taken coz it is faster than the other. So from this Ip(202.70.64.15) more than one account in this forum can be created. And as the computer i'm using is in cyber cafe so at the time of my absence or presence in this forums also more than one account in this forum may be activited.

So I want to say Please dont ban me in this forum... What can I do???

Also, not only the IP address, but there are many more ways to determine if a single person has two accounts or not.
