Get Rid Of Old Posts(Getting A Staff Members?)

It seems that some new members are bringing back up a lot of old posts in order to get more posts. Maybe we should get a staff member who's job is to put all of the old posts in a thrash can or delete them. If we do get a thrash can I think we should make it public so that just incase somebody else needs to look for a post he is able to instead of starting another thread.
