Slightly confused about upgrades!

I'm trying to figure out if I need an upgrade on my hosting package, but the requirements on here and the main site are a little confusing - in some places it says 30 posts, others say 25, and others mention points?!?

Please can you clear it up for me so I know exactly how many posts I need to request an upgrade if I feel the need for one in the future

Points system was used earlier, but due to some shortcomings of the system, we had to discontinue it, however, it will be back soon
