Once I found a template, how do I add html to it.

If you found template in html files, then open it with you favorite html editor (frontpage or dreamwiever) and add information to it. Or if you have found psd file, so i guess that this is photoshop file, so you need it to wiev your template.
Good luck with designing in html

but i add to (frontpage or dreamwiever)

the editor on yahoo geocities
it is avery good editor
and its very easy to use
i love working on it

hello, first you should identify what type of template is that you have found
than use appropriate editor
for psd template use IMAGE ready of photoshop
for other dreamveawer is good

problem is you may become fed up with same work
