What do you mean? Difficult to create a forum account or Request hosting? Please, explain more.

If you want to request for a free hosting, simply meet all the requirements then you can have your website. If you want to create a forum, its very easy. First, you need to have a website, then, you can install phpBB and SMF through Fantastico (1 **** and you can install). If you want to install other forums, you need to upload them, then you can install by following the instruction that they provided.
