Rate idea, colors, banner, and site structure. This site is in lithuanian, but... just evaluate. Write a mark from 1 to 10 (10 is the best)

Well.
1) I don't understand much of that
2) Colors: standard invision colors, look nice, nothing orignial :P
3) Banner: Looks nice, fits the color theme, small.
I can't rate a site without knowing its content so usefullness of this site was 2/10
Design-wise it's nothing spetial, but magicaly looks appealling.
6/10
btw: No Krievu kalba?

Nice layout, well worked colour scheme, I quite like it. 7/10

Every one here is from different countries... a mix as you might say it, but I rly like the diversity on this forum.... Really cool.
6/10
