PHP Help needed!

I need a content editor, where people can login and add pictures and text and content without it being a blog or something.
YOu can make one with PHP, i dunno how though!

You want a CMS, Content Management System. There are a TON of free ones that are REALLY good. I suggest drupal:

drupal and mambo are heavily loaded cmses which are flexible for all purposes... in case u don't really need a power-packed cms, try searching for 'echelon cms'. It's a CMS in-development.. but is light and works like a charm.
