In my opinion, there's far too many forums and catergories.
For a small forum that is starting off like that one, you should start with as few forums as possible, and add extra ones as your forum grows in popularity. Starting off with many forums like that will in turn "scare" members, because they're too many to choose from to post in.

I TOOK DOWN MY FORUM AND IT WILL BE UP AFTER I PUT UP MY SITE AS SHADMIN SAID MY SITE IS http://WWW.PHOXCHANGE.SMOKYHOSTS.COM AND DID NOT GET SUSPENDED
