Spam: Basically because it belongs in Software Discussion and there is already a Discussion about it. If I am not mistaken it looks like your hitting New Topic when your suppose to be hitting Reply!

Someone got deleted for making this mistake, please check your button before hitting it because if you hit New Topic and post... wether it was an accident or not it's spam.
