Question about hosting T & C's

I was looking at the Terms and Conditions and I have a question about this:
If you choose hosting with ad support, then the ads must be placed at the top of the page only. If you choose point supported, then you must have the required number of points in your account at the end of every month. (30 day cycle starting from the day you got your hosting)
Smokeyhosts does not say anything about a choice between "ad supported" and "point supported" plans, so what does it mean?
And Smokeyhosts does not say that you have to get a certain number of points to keep the hosting free, so is this incorrect also?
Thanks in advance,
James

On the "ad support", SHadmin said that the ad rule is old and is longer needed in order for you to keep your site/host. On your points question, you will have to have the amount of points need at the end of every month to keep that hosting plan (besides the Beginners one). The Advance you'll have to have 30 Points every month, Power is 50 points per month. Please refer to this for your last question on free hosting
Compare.
And also, I don't think there is even a choice anymore between ad support or not, it's just optional. Hope this helps a little.
