well actually if you have photoshop, dreamweaver or any other program
like that
you don't need this color code program
moreover you can it online
just search for it
i use both photoshop and dreamweaver
i choose the color i like and will write the code for me

The main aim behind that topic is to know every colour codes that you want , just certain colours that you are using too much in designing you own pages and also in your own forum .
