i have one by canon, its quite nice but its 2 years old now, they have much slimmer ones now, i think i need to buy a new one

I own a Canon PowerShot A610. Quite good image quality, but too bad no image stabilisation.

Mine doesn't have image stabilization either... but one could always invest in a tripod. I picked up a cheap one at the markets here in Sydney, $20 Australian. Sure it's not high quality and it can bend if you bang it but it does the job.
