Program no. Code yes. You can't do mail forms, graphical pull down menus, rollovers, forms, or a ton of other things with just HTML. HTML is only for the basic text and table and image formatting.

HTML IS NOT A PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE!!
HTML is a markup language.
You write in plain English; its different from C, Fortran, Python or whatever computer language.

Wrong (or half true). As far as I know <form action="script.php" method="post"> is pure HTML.

you can use micosoft front pade it an easy program to edit html pades

actually html is not programming i think
it is just a sequence of tags
u can learn it in days (3-5)

Yes, you can code (not program) in just HTML. You wouldn't be able to get alot of effects on your site, nothing flashy. But you can do forms with just HTML, once again, nothing fancy, but it can be done. HTMLGoodies.Com explains the basics.

and edit it in microsoft front page
