lucid dreams

Has anyone tried to control whether members of the forum of dreams? I have heard that it is possible and that it leads to useful results . I am not interested in mysticism . I want to get to know myself and my unconscious . What are the results you came and where it trained ? Thank you.

A lucid dream is any dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. The term was coined by the Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik (Willem) van Eeden (18601932).
