design a static website HTML and CSS are best..to design a website many software are available..but according to me dreamweaver is the best solution to design a website in design mode..

Hi you have asked a same question two times but anyways yes you can design your own site for that you must be familiar with any designing language. link Html, PHP etc then firstly you have to registered a domain from any registrar. and also a hosting company which will host your site. then simply upload all those your site to server. thanks..

If you have built your website which is ready to upload then you first need to Get a Web Host which you can use to upload your website.
