1. Notepad2 (Flos-Freeware.ch)
2. PSPad (PSPad.com)

I use Dreamweaver for html/css and PHP. I also just downloaded codeblocks because I am trying to learn c++.

to design and edit a website many programms are available on internet..but according to me dreamweaver is the best..by which we can easily edit a website..
