I created a script that automatically create images in the directory, I didn't set permission and I didn't create a delete script. Now I cannot delete it, it says I have no permission.

Also, I used the file manager in cpanel to unzip an archive inside the directory, same thing with above, I do not have the permission to delete the files through FTP or file manager.

I need the files gone, so please tell me what to do.

Have you check your directory/folder permission? Most FTP client support right **** and you should see the "File permission", you can change it there.
