What's going on?

For the last 3 days I haven't been able to always access my website:
http://jason.thesmokylounge.com 
I have done a
ping and
tracert on it and it hasn't been possible to connect to it. In web-browsers it just says server is unavailable

Hmmm
Americans can access it, yet I can't and I live in Britain. So, could someone from Britain visit the webpage and tell me if they're able to access my website?

...I believe your server may have blocked my IP. Could you see if there are any IP's blocked on your server please? If you require my IP then PM.
