someone make a site that works directly with the psp such as you could make a bunch of small games such as tictactoe, bingo, etc and it could upload the scores to the site.

Hmm, there are tons of this like that, at least here in Sweden. But give it a shot, could be succesful.

usually for the past few years the number of Mobile Device compatible sites are on increase.
Usually they have different style sheets for the PC and different for the Mobile device.

yes,they usally check the HEARDER to see what browser you use and than redirect you to a appropaite site for your browser
