You could try something like this free service, http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html, but there are only 4-5 search engines that really matter. You could easily go to each and submit them manually.

I always thought that if you have a site with a .com,uk,info e.t.c domain name and tittle the search engines would automatically pick them up *HMMM thats what i heard.....

You go to the search engine's webmaster page and submit your address to it.
