Looking for a brand new desktop PC so please suggest me which one is better AMD64 or Intel Core2duo ..hmm concerning everything.
Please throw your suggestions and experience.

ok this is the configuration I have not yet filnalised..
Intel core2duo or quad core AMD is out of the race now... thx guys
any big diff in speed as such?? core2duo is a huge commercial hit but I dont know having 4 cores of processors with less Ghz really elavates your speed or not..price wise both has a marginal difference... which should I go for?
320 Gb Sata HDDI already have one 1Tb is done
Samsung 2033sw 22" LCD
Nvidia graphics.
A nice corsair Vx450 PSU
22GB DDR2 800mhz Ram Should I go for ddr3 ram, is it faster than ddr2 ? what are the support constraints using it?
A nice motherboard,Cabinet,kbd/mouse.
So basically the confusion is still in the processor and ram ..
Core2duo or quad core??
and ddr2 or ddr3?
