ive looked at many sites but non for free -.-''

I know some sites with tons of pokemon/digimon/yugioh(and more) videos

There are thousands of illegal download sites. Nothing would be legal. Think about it - if movies were free, how would companies make money?

Pictures are free. I don't know why you'd make a site about it though?

It is possible. But its need a lot of money & where can we get such a huge sum of money.

There is a possibility to do it ( a bit legally, although still illegal), by linking. But i think the chances of getting alot off problem with linking is not that big as uploading the video and movies to ur own host.

Considering the fact that even some pictures are not free... Videos/movies are hard to find considering the fact that they are illegal, take up a lot of space (may easily reach 5gigs which is... :P), and obviously servers would require massive bandwidths

Yeh it wont be legal. You will need to have a separate video server and also you need the approval of the video from the video director or the video directing company. It will be too costly to do that.

One thing: Develop a software which allows companies of all sizes to give you licenses for their videos, pictures and content. Then it will be automatically downloaded from the source that the company has provided with and your service will push the download speed and quality abit higher (-or even maintaining it, if can't make it higher quality and speed) *But it would require you to develop both an algorithm and codec*

Nextly, users can upload whatever they want, but it's located remotely. (-Use or implement social features like 'Geni' which could prevent stuff and so on) --The best is that you get licenses from companies, so it would tell the users that you provide high-quality stuff--
