Server Down Makes me Sick

Hi admin again I'm not able to access my site.

The server is down, I find it very difficult because the server gets down very frequently, we the users of SmokyHosts are facing a big problem, eventhough it is not going to affect us more, it will definitely affect SmokyHosts as the users are main source for getting new users, if the current user is not satisfied then the name of SmokyHosts will be spoiled.

I've no doubt that SmokyHosts is a professional and well to do service, but the simple server issues can greatly harm your reputations. If you find any problems in rectifying the server issues, I can give you the details of persons who can greatly help you.

Hi,
We at smokyhosts always monitor and try our best to keep the server uptime as high as possible. But at times some issues take place which come unexpected, like for example at the time you had started this thread, the server wasnt down, but was overloaded because of one user overloading the mysql server.

The server was back to perfect within 30 minutes after you started this thread. Sorry for any inconvinience caused.

I was very upset due to the frequent server problems in the last week.

But I will definitely will not leave SmokyHosts, because I like it.
