My subdomain isn't working properly

I recently installed 3 subdomains, 1 to tails5.thesmokylounge.com, and 1 to each of my Parked Domains, I can't use the one on the parked domains(
http://forums.tails5.uk.to and
http://forums.tails5.us.to) is there any way to fix this?

If you have exceeded any of the limits alloted to your package, they will be disabled. You must make required changes or upgrade your account.
