I can make my own templates, although I havn't yet to learn how to make those 'you-beaut' professional type templates. You can see some of my work on my website:

What do you mean by help? Lol...
Well, for me, I'll need photoshop to design it and cut it ... teh I'll use dreamweaver to get everything together, and maybe at teh same time, try to code it in a way so that I can use the same thing over and over again for different pages.
