You will have to be patient the Admin is currently out and will get to it as soon as he returns. Something unusual must of happend because he is never out this long without replying or being on. If you are patient as soon as he returns your hosting package should be brought up.
To my knowledge I am unassure why he is away but rest assured that he will handle it as soon as he possibly can.

Every member is permitted to have only one account in the forums and only one hosting account. You have registered yourself with two usernames....."kainengland" and "habboorange".
You will NOT be rewarded your hosting account, and you will also loose your previous hosting account of "kainengland"

Well, many people may be with the name Kain, but can it be so many people having name Kain and all of them accessing from the same IP address!!
