FTP issues...

Why can't I access my ftp service? When I try I get this:

-- SmartFTP v2.0.997.4
-- Resolving host name "smk.thesmokylounge.com"
-- Connecting to 72.36.161.165 Port: 21
-- No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

yeah, i'm having the same problem, but from what the ftp client is saying, the network is down, well only ftp access is down, you can access your website thru http, i think shadmin will fix this very soon, so just wait a little bit
