Firewall windows Xp

hi i am have a problem with my old desktop. i can access the internet on it, but none of the other programes could, i tryed disabling the build in XP firewall, still have the problem. any ideas

go to the control panel, and **** on the firewall icoin, go to the expetions tap, and add the programs that you want to give access to the internet, and if you want another good firewall look for ashampoo, it's free and very easy to configure

i use fire fox but i thing its not ver good link you all think
