How long does it take to move the site?

Hi there, I just bought the reseller plan from smokyhosts and my site being transferred from the free hosting. It has been 1 day now and the site hasn't been transferred yet nor I see any progress. Please resolve this issue, thank you.

Your site was moved to your resellers area. Now you are the owner of your site of thesmokylounge.com too. Please login to your whm and check up again, coz this was completed as soon as i had sent you the last private message and your resellers account was created.

Do confirm by posting here if you still have any problem.

Hi SHadmin, I'm able to connect through cPanel but my site is not there.
How do I transfer all my site to the new ones?
I thought you will do that for me just like in the PM before I ordered the plan.
Now when I accesss to the stonersdent.com it's just go to the index.html that I created.

I thought you just wanted the domain name ddarude.thesmokylounge.com domain name to be transfered to your account.

Well, if you want all the data to be moved to stonersdent.com, then please hold on a couple of minutes while i do it for you.

Yes I would like all the data and the cPanel profile to be transferred to the new ones. I'm sorry for the missunderstanding.

The transfer has been completed.

Since you have asked for a dedicated IP address, it may take some time for the site to showup as the new IP address has to propagate through the world wide web. You may check all your data by going into your whm and cpanel area of your resellers account.

Is it possible to make my database name ddarude_ instead of stonersd_ just like the old ones?
I am getting many errors from the site due to different database.

I am getting some errors after the site is moved:

1. Subdomain does not work
2. Database error

The subdomain name will not work anymore as all the data has been moved to your new account.

You will get database errors as now your username is different. And as cpanel by default makes the database names as username_databaseName so you will have to accordingly go into your scripts configuration files and manually edit them to reflect the new database name.

I created a subdomain, stats and forum. It is work for stats but it does not work for the forum.
