The one that you are after is called the 'power plan', and it requires 50 points for setup and 50 points every month therafter. If you want that package you need to say you want the 'power package' and you need to make sure you have the points to back up your request (50 points a month is quite a bit).

yah as breeze say you must specify the name of what package u want and
you must have enough points for that in your account at the board
