Mac better for graphics?

Why do people say Macs are better for making graphics?
Personally I cant even use a Mac!

Because it is and it is better for web designa and blah blah blah ====>
for me they are all the same do not beleive in the marketing stories!!!!!!

Yeah, its used for mostly editing vids, pics, and the other stuff, so maybe when I do that kind of stuff, I'll look into buying a Mac.

MAC software mostly are focused on the multimedia. I work in College as a student lab assistant. There are many MAC G4 and G5 also some notebooks probably worth around 20G sitting on the lab in case any students taking digital media course which require MAC to do their multimedia project from HTML to making movies and animation.

macs USED to have a much better display graphics wise. pc flat screens still arent crash hot, the ones we have here at work are flat screen, but i make sure wheni'm using photoshop i use a better quality monitor.
mac's are better for video editing and things, and seem to be virus immune or something, (my flatmate had one and NEVER had any trouble), but that's a microsoft thing not a pc thing hehehehe.
for html, i dont think you need a mac... when i write everything in a text editor anywway can't see that making much of a difference can you?

I used to use mac and its graphic is more better than others.
