Ok, well the pass for here is not the same so I'm ok there, it's just the fact someone would try and do this to someone. With all the messages I have sent and received from SHadmin, I get the impression that he is a nice person, and is very professional. I'll just wait for the response from SHadmin, and if necessary, revoke my subscription's with smokyhosts. But this could be a big misunderstanding, or you just have something against smokyhosts, and all that is very possible too.

And also, why is this under the "Fun" section? If this is a joke, it's not funny.

Just be patient and wait for a while. I sent a private message for some question to SHadmin a while ago. He didn't response until about half a week later. Not complaining that he delay the messages, but I want you to know that sooner or later he will reply. He is an admin of this hosting who providing quality hostings for many people so you should expect that he is a busy guy. I understand this is a serious matter because it involves money. However if you be patient, once he reads your message he will help you until it's fixed.

Maybe kronos thinks that this doesn't fit in anyother section :P But yeah, I'd suggest this section to go to Hosted Member section =)

Extremely sorry for the delay in this issue from my end, but i have already responded twice to kronos which he has responded back and he hasn't updated in this thread.

Anyways, i am not here to play any blamming game.

Here is a short update of the happenings (since kronos himself started this thread, i guess he wants to discuss this issue in the public) so i am opening the updates here as well.

There were two transactions made into inventory@smokyhosts.com for a totalling sum of $589.00. This was made from his account to that of the smokyhosts.com. Since we do not have any payment subscription systems active, there is no ways that this could have been any kind of an automated payment. And as far as the passwords of all you members is concerned, there is no way that i could know your passwords because they are all stored in MD5 encrypted format in the phpbb database (anyone having a doubt could get it verified from any moderator/admin at the http://www.phpbb.com forums)

Then kronos, without trying to contact me, he just filed up the payment dispute at paypal, which has frozen the transactions that were made and so even i am now helpless and untill he withdraws it, there is no way that i can refund him this transaction amount.

Then came up the blamming game being played by kronos where he is not even trying to investigate and not even trying to wait for paypal's investigation result/report/decision and began blamming me to be guilty in all this stuff as if i have done it all.

Well i dont want/like to discuss any member issues in public but this issue was initiated by kronos himself, so now i had no choice other than justifying myself in public too. If this issue goes on and if kronos wants to still keep this up in public, i could also post the mails that were mailed to him as response to his queries.

I would keep this thread open and updated untill the issue is resolved.
