Well on an average, making 5 posts in a day will get you 5% activity. But the very next day the activity will again go to 4% followed by 3%, 2%, 1% on the days that follow.
So you can keep few things in mind....
- 2 or more posts each and every day of the month will get you 100% activity.
- 5 or more posts in a day will get you 5% activity.
- Making 5 posts everyday for 5 days and making 25 posts in a day and disappearing for the next 4 days is not the same thing. They both will give you two different activity levels.

Making 2 posts each day for 30 days will get you 100% activity. But getting only 5% activity will suffice for you as you have beginers package.

Post 2 per day is a low requirement.

Same here. Been awhile scence I've been here and about a week sence I checked my site and I got the account suppended page. Would be nice to get an email with a warning for thoes that forget or if nothing else one that tells you that your account was suppended.
