Actually, your name servers on the other one should be the same then, if I'm correct, they are ns1.smokyhosts.net and ns2.smokyhosts.net

So they are giving you the domain name, and you do not have control over it? How about clarifying your doubts with them?

Try just parking it to your SmokyHosts account without changing anything (except unparking it from the other account) and see if it will work, if it's the same nameservers, it will.
