WoW that actually is some great news. The 10GB Bandwidth is posted on the front page of smokyhosts. I don't know if it is a max cap limit to what you could possibly get or what but it is there.

Thanks SHAdmin for when you upgrade this, you are a very very generous person!

Its showing on the main page, but not on the "Compare" page of the free plans, or in my cPanel, those two still say "5GB".

It isn't as much our needs as it is he is feeling generous. No free host would offer half of what SHAdmin is offering and we shouldn't strive for more! 5Gb Bandwidth is enough Bandwidth to host a normal website. If you are hosting multiple sites with 1000s of users, of a very bandwidth depriving website your best bet is to opt for paid hosting. I've uploaded my website, edited it, manipulated it, set it up, and been surfing all around it and I have only used 60.37/5120.00 MB And that's a pretty big website. Nice beautiful theme with scrolling text/flash. So if you are using 5Gb... Then I would suggest opting for a Paid Package instead of asking the limit cap to be raised.

Now seeing that he is thinking about raising it to 10Gb... Everyone should be thankful cause that's way more than what we use to have. But yeah it isn't a need... it's a want :D!

And for anyone who thinks this post is rude, read my signature!

The monthly bandwidth limit for all the power hosting package owners has been upgraded to 10GB. You all may check the same even in your cPanel interfaces.

OMG! I just looked and it's true! I cannot believe my eyes. :D

Now, I don't have to have my site down, since I cannot buy hosting from here until my site gets enough donations.

Despite the occasional downtime, despite the occasional delay in response, despite all of that: Smokyhosts is still the best! Even other hosts that provide good bandwidth, etc; do not match because they don't provide cPanel or any of the other good stuff. :)

One word: Sweet! More Words: Thank you so much, and yes Smokyhosts is the best and probably always will be. For this type of package you are looking at an easy $2 - $4 per package. It is amazing we can get this kind of offer for free. Thank you so much SHAdmin.. :D Best of all we didn't have to pay a forum fee for the upgrade :P.

Thankyou! This is great :) As for what you said about Paid Hosting, TheCrymsonLegends, I want to get that as soon as I have a credit card, I'm just a little too young for a credit card :p
