Server up and down

servers been down for nearly an hour know i beleive

yeah the server goes down here and there now and then, so the uptime isn't so great, but its free hosting none the less, and so far been pretty good.

back up and yeah no complaints just makes me sad lol but i still dont think any other free host beats smoky hosts.

Yeah, smokyhosts is really good. They probably just have a bad server month :P

Sorry for not keeping you all updated.

There was a serious hard-disk failure on the server you all are hosted on, due to which the server was pulled offline and the maintanence was done by getting a new hard-disk and transfering all the data onto the new one.

Since then the server has been fine.

thanx admin for the prompt action, now I'm not facing any problems. The rate of server issues is going down.

There was a RAM failure on the server followed by a minor attack on the DNS service/port which caused the downtime.

The server is stable now.

Is there any certain page where you have up to date information on the status of the server?
