I'd suggest just using a temp site for now. 100webspace.com is a decent free host that I've delt with in the past. I feel really bad for making a hack and slash index.html for my site since it's been 4 days already.

100webspace.com is great, but I don't like the big banner on top of all my web pages. Besides, they don't support the PHP mail() function.

but the bad thing is getung 1 MySQL database
10 MB MySQL DB space and 1 FTP account and no cPanel

but the rest features is ok

Sorry for any inconviniences caused.

After a few settings were reset (which caused the heavy server load), the server worked fine for a couple of hours but then crashed. However now it is up again perfectly working.
