I have yet to see this one but I am debating on if this is a movie that I should see in theatres or if it is one of those that I should wait until it comes out on dvd and see it then. Any suggestions?

First time I saw it, it was a hit right away, now I watch King Kong on my iPod in my free time when I want to watch a movie.... its like 3 hours long. A great movie and I recommend it to everyone.

It was alright. The plot was terrible though, and if it wasn't for Peter Jackson, then the whole thing would not have been decent at all.

It was cool that Peter Jackson made this remake after so many years of planning. It's an awesome, entertaining break from all the deep, emotional movies I've been watching recently. Sure it's too long, and the dinosaurs and pretty dumb, but you have to admit that the weird sharp-teethed ****-looking earthworms were quite creative and cool... hehe.
I loved the cinematography. Very nice work from Jackson.
