I would also love something like this, but as far as I know, there is no way to check if someone has blocked you without logging into their MSN account and checking manually.

ı know what you are talking about but ı don't know how you can do.. But ıf you want to change some thing on msn(you can) you must use php expert

man every day msn developing it's security .. it's not helpfull idea to do that

The MSN protocol is not open, unlike Jabber.

You probably have to decrypt it to some extent, before your check will work.
