On my paid host e-mail,
We received an e-mail that SH got hacked,
so thats why your data had been sent to a backup.
Theres nothing we can do,
because whenever SHAdmin tries to move the files onto a new hard disk,
the virus gets moved too!

Ah!

what happend if we have a backup could we use it?
and how did he ot hacked?
where was the open port?

It was a kernel exploit that the hacker took advantage off. The hacker was one amongst the people hosted on the server (dont want to name him/her)
