http://www.smokyhosts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3281 you need to have atleast 50 points to upgrade/setup a Advanced hosting account whereas your account currently shows only 33 points.
Please reply to this thread when you have earned the required amount of points and your account will then be upgraded.
